Valet 1 is the difference between an event and a special event! Since no two events are the same, please contact us for a personalized quote for your special event. We prefer to discuss the event with you and if needed provide a free site visit to help you plan appropriately.  When your event arrives our friendly, competent and uniformed attendants are always setup thirty minutes prior to your guess arrival (unless earlier start time is requested).

SOME ADVANTAGES OF USING VALET 1

More and more business owners are discovering their time is better spent perfecting their own services, and leaving the parking to us.  Some of our current clients have either tried using other valet companies or tried their hand at offering their own valet parking, but soon realized it was taking them away from running their own establishments.

STAFF AND TRAINING

Vale 1 has been providing imagine enhancing valet services in Nashville since 1997.  We hire only responsible, reliable attendants over the age of 20.  All go through a comprehensive training program before servicing your establishment.  All employees are security checked and records are held on file.  Valet 1 staff is trained to accommodate any special needs a patron may have.
Staffing is managed through an employee pool which allows for maximum flexibility in staffing for lunch and dinner.   Valet 1’s owner can always be directly contacted: no voicemail, secretaries or on-call managers.  If you have a need or concern you will always find someone at your disposal day or night.

At Valet 1 we understand that our image is a reflection of yours.  All attendants wear uniforms at all times and are neatly and professionally presented.

INSURANCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
As previously mentioned, Valet 1 provides a full Garage Keepers’ Legal Liability Insurance, general liability insurance and workers’ compensation to cover valet parking services.  Valet 1 clients are listed as the insurance holders and are provided with a Certificate of Insurance.  Coverage includes a 3 million in general liability insurance.  We will be happy at any time to discuss other insurance coverage options for you.

Valet 1 has the lowest history of claims in the Nashville market, and a reputation for customer service that is unmatched.  Should a customer have to file a claim for damage to your establishment or patron’s car, you will find our handling expedient and courteous.  We are just a phone call away from taking care of any concerns or answering any questions you may have.

Of the valet can judge which group is leaving the restaurant next, have their car around front and often heated or cooled depending on the weather. If WE had known about Murphy when we first opened we could have skipped over the other valet company we had and gone straight to him.
